Pasture to Plate Catering can supply you with free-range beef, lamb and hog roasts for your wedding, party or corporate Event in an efficient and professional manner.
Pasture to plate hold all the relevant food hygiene certificates, are registered with Environmental Health and have full Insurance.
Home grown, homemade salads and puddings can be made to your precise specification in the complete and sound knowledge that it hasn’t come out of a box or tub somewhere- even your bread rolls can be homemade from flour sourced from somerset traditional flour mills.
The service at the pasture to plate is limited only be your imagination - WE can provide BBQ’s hot and cold buffets, Roast Dinners or why not hold a breakfast event – we can supply BBQ local dry cure bacon, local native bred handmade sausages, free-range eggs etc all served up in homemade Bread rolls.
We do not provide fussy fancy food – but more traditional
fayre with an emphasis on absolute quality and taste
rekindling the memory of how good food used to taste.

Somewhere in deepest darkest somerset down a long winding lane in the village of Chedzoy (meaning ‘island in the sea’) on the edge of the somerset Levels set between traditional somerset orchards the environmentally sensitive wetlands lies temple farm.
It is here that many of my raw ingredients are grown and produced; they include -
Native bred and reared Jacob Lamb Gloucester old spot pork, sausage bacon and ham from 2006 (currently other local suppliers) Aberdeen Angus Beef from 2006 (currently other local suppliers)
Many salad items including lettuce, tomato, onion, cabbage, carrots, French beans, potatoes, beetroot.
Fresh fruit for puddings including; Traditional native apples, plums, cherries, blackberries and rhubarb. Sweet golden honey collected from the flora around temple farm.
All the above ingredients mixed and cooked with loving care and a sound appreciation of good food give you:
