Gloucester old spot slowly Roasted and basted in Somerset cider until the crackling is really crispy - served with fresh Somerset apple sauce and home-made sage and onion stuffing - served in a white or wholemeal roll.

Terms and Conditions: 10% of the Total invoice is required as the booking fee. A further 20% would be payable 4 weeks prior to the event and the remainder is payable on the day of the event at the latest. Numbers must be confirmed by you in writing or by fax to be received by us 7 days prior to the event and this shall be the number charged for. Booking Fees and deposits are non-refundable. We suggest that you take out appropriate insurance for such circumstances that may necessitate cancellation.	Charges For parties of 30 and over. Travel Expenses Within a 10 mile radius the mileage is free – thereafter travelling costs to be negotiated
